Caesar Salad:

  • 3 oz romaine lettuce
  • 1 oz croutons

Dressing:

  • 1 anchovy fillet
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 oz olive oil
