  • 1 tablespoon Cajun spice

 

Quinoa Tabouleh Salad (6 oz):

  • 2 oz chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ oz diced tomato
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • 4 oz cooked quinoa
  • Chopped fresh mint (used ½ tsp)
  • ¼ oz lemon olive oil dressing
